Email Reports

Marketing Pulse sends your daily marketing report by email every day at a time you choose. You can add multiple recipients — your whole team gets the same report at once.

What you get

📊

Full daily report

Spend, revenue, ROAS, impressions, clicks, and top campaigns — the same data as your Slack report, in a clean HTML email.

👥

Multiple recipients

Add as many email addresses as you need (comma-separated). The whole team stays informed without forwarding.

🕐

Scheduled delivery

Choose any delivery time from 6 AM to 8 PM. The report arrives at that time in your configured timezone.

🌍

Timezone-aware

Set your timezone (e.g. Europe/Kyiv, America/New_York) and the report always arrives at the right local time — wherever your team is.

🔔

Alerts included

ROAS drops and budget warnings appear in the same email, highlighted with colour-coded severity.

📋

All plans included

Email delivery is available on all plans — Starter and Pro — with no recipient limit.

How to set up email delivery

1

Open Settings

In Marketing Pulse, click the Settings tab.

2

Enable email reports

In the Email delivery section, tick Enable email reports.

3

Add recipients

Enter one or more email addresses in the Recipients field. Separate multiple addresses with commas:

you@yourstore.com, boss@yourstore.com, marketing@yourstore.com
💡

Add your whole marketing team here. Each person receives the same report at the same time.

4

Set delivery time and timezone

Choose a delivery time (6 AM – 8 PM) and your timezone from the dropdowns.

🌍

Marketing Pulse uses IANA timezones (e.g. Europe/Kyiv, America/New_York). The report is generated and sent when the server clock matches your local time.

5

Save settings

Click Save settings. Your next report will be delivered at the time you chose.

Done! The first email will arrive at your next scheduled delivery time.

Frequently asked questions

Which email address do reports come from?

Reports are sent from reports@marketing-pulse.app via Resend (our email delivery provider). Add this address to your safe senders list to avoid spam filters.

Can I add different recipients for different days?

Currently all recipients receive every report. We plan to add per-day and per-alert type filtering in a future update.

Can I send to a distribution list (group email)?

Yes — any valid email address works, including Google Groups, Outlook distribution lists, or Slack email integration addresses.

I am not receiving emails. What should I check?

1) Check your spam/junk folder. 2) Make sure email reports are enabled and recipients are saved. 3) Verify the delivery time has passed for today. 4) Contact support if none of these help.

Is email delivery available on the free plan?

Email is available on Starter and Pro plans. On the free plan (no active subscription), report delivery is paused.
